Ashley Lacy (she/they)
Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Whatever the reason you are here, welcome. I’m glad that you are taking steps toward prioritizing you and your health. I believe that we all deserve health, happiness, and aliveness, and that therapy can be a part of that journey. I practice from trauma-informed lens and work with individuals and partners of all types. I am a sexual health educator and advocate and support clients from a sex-positive, gender-inclusive, kink-aware perspective, working with all relationship styles, including polyamory and consensual non-monogamy.

I have lived in the Seattle area for almost twenty years; however, my roots are in small-town Texas. As a queer woman who came out as an adult, I know what it is to work through the shame-based religious and cultural influences of my childhood. My experiences also include living in Mexico and traveling throughout Latin America and Spain for two years. For the last three years, I have provided therapy to the Spanish-speaking immigrant population through my work in community mental health.

I enjoy jumping into cold bodies of water, road trips and traveling the world, spending time with my chosen family, singing and songwriting, and building art.
